C. Creative Development and Design Thinking Consulting and Professional Development for Entrepreneurship and Educational Design

Creative development and design thinking consulting for entrepreneurship involves tranformational work with individual or diverse organizational cultures to develop a culture of creative practice through application of strategies for personal creative development, design thinking, professionial creative practice and the design of environments that support a culture of creativity. Focus is placed on development of creative capacity through creative process competencies, collaborative competencies, and leadership and change competencies.

Educational design consulting involves the design of educational settings for creative practice including organizational structure, curriculum design, pedagogy and physical space. Professional development focuses on the growth of overall creative capacity and capability of educators on a school staff or across an organization. Professional Development Sessions can be shorter term and specifically focused, however comprehensive culture transformation requires a substantial time window of sustained engagement and coaching.
